Rick’s career in healthcare spans over 25 years. He has served in many operational and leadership roles including as a senior leader at hospitals in Maryland and Florida. More recently, he took time to pursue his clinical passion and returned to school to become a Physician Assistant. After joining the Center for Vascular Medicine, he took the dual role of clinical provider and CEO. Rick leads the Greenbelt clinic location along with Dr. Sanjiv Lakhanpal. He believes that his clinical training and experience have been critical in allowing him to function effectively in his role, making decisions that benefit not only the practice but the patient as well.

Rick has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in business from the University of Alabama and a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Keiser University.
